Basic Lasagne

  • 8 oz Explore Cuisine Green Lentil Lasagne (1 box)
  • 32 oz tomato sauce (1 jar)
  • 1 bag vegan cheese
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Make the bottom layer by adding 1 cup sauce at bottom. Each layer requires 3 sheets, two placed side by side with a tiny overlap. The other one, break it in half and place half of it on the side, and the other half on top. Place another 1/3 cup plus one tablespoon sauce on top. Then sprinkle 2/3 cup cheese on top evenly. Sprinkle some oregano over the cheese.
  3. Now create the second layer, use 3 more lasagne sheets and layer then the same as the first. Place 2/3 cup sauce on top, followed by 1/3 cup of cheese and a sprinkle of oregano.
  4. For the third and final layer, repeat the same measurements, 3 sheets, 2/3 cup sauce, 1/3 cup of cheese and a sprinkle of oregano.
  5. Cook for 40 mins at 400F
