Red Lentil Buffalo Penne


  • 1 box Explore Cuisine Red Lentil Penne
  • 1 jar Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cashew cream cheese
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 sprigs green onions



  1. Boil a pot of water and once boiling add the red lentil penne and spinach.
  2. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Drain and place back in the pot.
  3. Add a jar of Buffalo sauce. Stir well.
  4. Add the cream cheese and mix well.
  5. Garnish with spring onions
