Vegetable Stir Fry


  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, chopped diagonally
  • 200g plant based alternative
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • ½ cup bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegan oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • Stir fry noodles


  1. Add your green onions and minced garlic to a pan with sesame oil, let this saute for 2-3 minutes
  2. Add your broccoli and red bell peppers, let this cook for 5-6 minutes until vegetables are fully cooked. -Add your plant based chicken and peanuts to the pan allowing this to cook for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle your bean sprouts
  3. Pour in your soy sauce, oyster sauce, hot sauce and mirin
  4. Follow noodles instructions and once this has been cooked, add noodles to the pan
  5. Allowing the sauce and vegetables to fully combine to the noodles
  6. Serve your noodles and enjoy
