Delicious, Healthy, and Easy to Prepare

"Better than traditional wheat pastas. I would eat this even if I could still eat the others and remain healthy. I cook it for a couple of minutes and find that it has a perfect texture that holds up to various sauces and toppings. My favorite way to have it is tossed with garlic infused olive oil and a little freshly grated parmesan. This pasta is a combination of delicious and healthy. I buy it from Amazon by the 6-pack. Thanks for making such a great food."

I prepared this Edamame Spaghetti

"I prepared this Edamame Spaghetti last night. I purchased it as my last A1C was slightly above normal and I wanted a healthy alternative to traditional pasta. I was a little leary as to how this healthy alternative would taste. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, it cooked up fast and was really yummy, the consistency was good. Dare say I liked the taste better than traditional pasta, maybe because I knew it was a healthier option for me? So... glad I found this Explore Cuisine website."

Enjoy "pasta night" again!

"Bought a box of this stuff out of curiosity a while ago, but had put off actually trying it. My experience with low carb pasta substitutes has generally not been a positive one and I didn't want to be dissappointed again. But when I finally went ahead and cooked some up and had it with a meaty spaghetti sauce I was really impressed! Is it indistinguishable from spaghetti? No. Is it good enough of a substitute that you'll look forward to "spaghetti night" again even on a low carb diet? oh yes... most definitely!"

"I enjoy this pasta because unlike other plant-based pastas this one does not taste chalky like other edamame brands and it gets tender when cooked as instructed on the box. I have been plant based and gluten-free for over 10 years and this is by far the best edamame pasta brand I�ve tried thus far. It�s quick and simple to make and pairs well with many different styles of cuisine. So whether you want to make spaghetti/Italian dishes all the way to Stirfry or noodle soups.
