 Online Returns/Refunds  

If you are not satisfied with our product or have an issue to report, please contact us here within 30 days of online purchase.  

To better assist you with a resolution please include the following information in your request: 

  • Order # 
  • Details/reason for return 
  • Photos of the product and packaging 
  • Lot # 
  • Expiration date  

Photos of the issue can be sent here along with the information listed above. Once the photos are inspected, we will determine the next steps. If the customer chooses to send the product back to us without our prior authorization, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. If the refund is approved, the refund will go back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. 

Exchanges for replacement 

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email here with photos of the damages or defect, lot # and expiration date. We will send a replacement to you at no cost.
