  • Cook 125g Fava Bean Fusilli per package instruction.⁠ ⁠
  • Make Vegan Plant-based 'scallops' from King Oyster Mushrooms 8x large king oyster mushrooms. Slice stems into 1 inch pieces. Score one side in crisscross pattern. In vegan butter until golden on both sides. Remove to serve later.⁠ ⁠⁠
  • Add sage leaves to vegan butter until crispy and then remove leaves. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Add in pasta and large handful of fresh cooked peas and zest of half a lemon. Once warmed through serve with topped with vegan scallops and sage leaves.⁠ ⁠
