  • Cook pasta according to package
  • Cut mushrooms into medium-sized pieces
  • Mix gluten-free flour, garlic powder, onion powder and salt into a bowl
  • Add sauce to a pot or pan to heat on low
  • Add non-dairy milk to flour mixture
  • Coat the mushrooms then bread them with the panko breadcrumbs
  • Heat oil and fry each side for 3 min
  • Once golden brown combine with sauce and cheese and bake on 400 until cheese is melted
  • Serve over pasta and enjoy!
