  • Add soaked cashews, garlic, salt, and chopped chilis to a food processor
  • Add vegan sausage to a pan to brown
  • Cook Explore Cuisine Rigatoni as per box instructions
  • Mix the cooked pasta, olive oil, and vegan cheese in a bowl
  • Add oil and sauce of choice to the bottom of a cake pan and begin to assemble rigatoni standing upright
  • Pour on cream sauce, marinara, more cheese & sausage
  • Put in oven at 400˚ for 30 minutes
  • Release from the cake pan, cut, serve & enjoy!
