- To a large Dutch oven over medium heat, add broth. Bring to a simmer. Add ginger and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir in miso, parsley, soy and white parts of scallions. Bring to a low boil. Add ramen and cook according to package directions. Remove from heat. Check seasoning.
- Ladle into bowls, serve with remaining green parts of scallions, toasted sesame seeds and sambal olek for some spice!
