Chickpea Pasta Primavera

  • Pack Explore Cuisine Chickpea Spaghetti
  • Bunch Green Asparagus
  • 500 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • Juice of Half a lemon
  • Olive Oil for searing
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted water according to the instructions on the package, then put them aside.
  2. Chop up the cloves of garlic and sauté them in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat and add the washed and chopped cherry tomatoes and the asparagus.
  4. Give them a few minutes to sauté and then add the pre-cooked pasta.
  5. Season then with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to your taste.
  6. Arrange on two plates, enjoy
