- Cook Risoni according to instructions on the box
- Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add spices. Cook for one minute, stirring.
- Add orzo and toss to coat with the spice mixture, fold in yogurt and add salt to taste.
- Add almonds, fruit, shallot, and cilantro.
Cooking Tip: Rinse under cold water after draining to stop the cooking.
