Organic Mung Bean Rotini
This shiny green oval-shaped bean has been a cherished food in parts of Asia for thousands of years. It is well known for its rich taste and natural plant-based protein and fibre content. The mung beans and rice used for Explore Cuisine’s new rotini are cultivated in North East Thailand by farmers in partnership with our Food to Thrive Foundation. The improved ingredient balance provides better taste and texture, making this pasta a favourite for the entire family.
