Instructions:
- Penne pasta
- 1 banana shallots
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 180ml soy cream
- 1 medium lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chipotle flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 cup cilantro
Ingredients:
- Saute your shallots & mince garlic into a pan with sesame oil on medium heat
- Add your smoked paprika, chipotle flakes, oregano, harissa paste and tomato puree. Let this mix thoroughly for 1-2 minutes
- Add your lemon and soy cream, add your cooked penne pasta to the pan. Now add your coriander and let this fully combine
- Serve your pasta and garnish with cilantro
