Ingredients:
- 1 box Explore Cuisine Red Lentil Penne
- 1 jar Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cashew cream cheese
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 sprigs green onions
Instructions:
- Boil a pot of water and once boiling add the red lentil penne and spinach.
- Cook for 7-8 minutes. Drain and place back in the pot.
- Add a jar of Buffalo sauce. Stir well.
- Add the cream cheese and mix well.
- Garnish with spring onions
