Fava Bean Fusilli


Fava Beans, also known as Broad Beans, are one of the oldest domesticated food legumes dating back to the 4th century. Mild and creamy in flavor, these beans are high in protein and fiber. This is Explore Cuisine’s closest legume based pasta to traditional wheat pasta in taste, texture and color.

Ingredients: Organic fava bean flour, organic brown rice flour.

Easy Pasta Preparation - Serves 4

Bring 8 cups (2 liters) of water to a boil and add box of Explore Cuisine Fava Bean Fusilli.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Rinse with cold water, drain the pasta and serve.
